1. The first way to fix your Xbox 360 is to send it back to Microsoft. They’ll repair the RROD for you for free if your game system is still under warranty. If your console isn’t under warranty, they charge your over $100 to repair. It’ll also take Microsoft several weeks to fix it.
2. Another RROD repair tip is to deal with the over heating of your Xbox console. It over heats because it doesn’t have an effective cooling system in it. This happens to 20% of the Xbox game systems. Make sure you don’t use the towel method.

3. The best way to fix the RROD on your Xbox 360 is to do it yourself. It’s easy and doesn’t take a long time to repair. I’ll be reviewing the three guides currently out right now, and yes I’ve purchased all three.
The three guides are Star2Pros, StrategyMasters, and Shokz strategy guides. I’ve tried all three of these guides and I can tell which ones are suited to which player.
Read The Shokz Starcraft 2 Mastery Guide
They all have some quality content in them that makes them worthwhile. The first strategy guide that was released was StrategyMasters Starcraft 2 strategy guide. This guide I purchased right away, and I was super impressed with the forum feature of the guide.
A private forum for all the members to help eachother, which will grow and evolve with the game is a pretty good deal for such an inexpensive guide. He also covers the basics really in depth and gives plenty of helpful links. You have your replays and well written articles, nothing to complain about here.
The Star2Pros Starcraft 2 strategy guide was released next. This guide was more detailed and formatted much more nicely than the StrategyMasters guide, although it offered no forum. I was blown away by how much content this guide has. I’m talking videos with almost each and every article. Tons of replays and commentated videos too. I loved the way it was laid out too, very easy to navigate around.
Lastly the Shokz guide was released. I had known the creator of the Shokz guide from when he created one of the top Aion guides. He called me up on the phone and we talked about how we could set this guide apart from the others.
After a conversation that went on longer than I expected, I had to buy the guide as soon as I could. It comes with a downloadable portion to go with the online portion. The downloadable portion will become a campaign walk through as well! This is included absolutely free, but right now before the campaign is released it is simply a strategy guide.
The downloadable portion gives tons of basic information in an organized and detailed downloadable e-book. It covers all your foundation, the boring information you’ll need to know to be a great player.
The online portion is also extremely well organized, broken down into easy categories. I loved the fact that he has all the top games loaded up right away so you’ll never miss one, and have an organized way to watch entire tournaments. This guide is a truly excellent value to being that it is the only guide with a one time payment.
